Gwenisha Liaw

Gwen is a PhD student in the Department of Psychology at NUS. Her research interests lie in learning about the visual mechanisms underlying face and gaze perception, and how these processes might influence the ways in which we extract and interpret social cues, often without our conscious awareness. Her work currently employs the use of immersive virtual reality (VR).

Yin Shihan

Hi, my name is Shihan. I am currently working on my Master's degree. My research interests focus on perceptual learning, specifically gaze perception and its learnability. Outside of research, I'm a movie fan, love sports, and enjoy playing video games :D

Zhijun Li
Research Assistant
Zhijun Li is an undergraduate student pursuing a B.Soc.Sci (Hons) in Psychology, with a second major in English Literature, in the National University of Singapore. Her research interests lie mainly in the realm of social and cognitive psychology, with a focus on how gender perception, stigmas, and stereotypes shape behaviour. She is also interested in examining social perception of others based on external appearance, as well as self-representation of individuals in different settings. With her research, she hopes to advocate for equal rights. In her free time, she is interested in reading and ACGN subculture
